Port Royal ? According to published reports, driver websites and personal confirmations with PRS Promotions officials, Port Royal Speedway is expecting an infusion of national talent to invade the oval for Saturday's prestigious and rich Bob Weikert Memorial sanctioned by the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprints.
Aside from All Stars regulars Dale Blaney, Tim Shaffer, Danny Holtgraver, Justin Henderson and others, many other names have been added to the list of expected entries.
Racing sensation Kyle Larson of Sacramento, California, a current campaigner on the Nationwide NASCAR Series circuit who won a NASCAR truck race two weeks ago at Rockingham, has confirmed his planned entry.
Ever since he was young watching his father compete all across the country driving a sprint car, Garrett Dollansky has dreamed of following in his father's footsteps. That dream came true two years ago when the then 17 year old made the jump from legends straight to getting behind the seat of a 410 sprint car on a limited schedule. Salina Highbanks; Dollansky seeks repeat of dominating 2011 performance on high-banked oval
SALINA, Okla. ? April 24, 2013 ? Craig Dollansky will be seeking his second victory of the 2013 World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series season on Friday night when he and the Outlaws invade Salina Highbanks Speedway. Dollansky earned a victory and set the track record at Salina in the series' debut on the high-banked oval in 2011, the only other time the Outlaws have raced at the Oklahoma track not far from Tulsa.
Gravel to Continue Driving for Bill Rose Racing
Inside Line Promotions - HAUBSTADT, Ind. (April 24, 2013) - Bill Rose is back on the mend per doctor's request. "He said I need to stay out for three or four more weeks," Rose said. "The thing is I didn't get to do physical therapy on the road. Now he's got me on physical therapy and I'm going to do it every day I'm home."
With the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series competing in the Midwest, Rose is able to return to his home in Plainfield, Ind., during the weekdays. He will rehab his left arm, which is healing from being broken during the second race of the season, at PitFit Training in Indianapolis.

The 66th season for the Rislone URC Sprint Series will officially open Friday night, April 26 at the Big Diamond Speedway, an event sponsored by Pioneer Pole Buildings.
A star-filled roster of competitors will invade Big Diamond Speedway led be defending URC Champion Robbie Stillwaggon of Burlington, NJ. Other entries include Aaron Ott, Davie Franek, Josh Weller, JJ Grasso, Kramer Williamson, Randy West, Billy Pauch Jr., Dave Ely, Joey Biasi, Ed Aikin, Duane Mausteller and Andy Best, just to name a few.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Selinsgrove Speedway will present the first championship race of the season for the super late models at 7 p.m. this Saturday, April 27, sponsored by Jeff's Auto Body & Recycling Center of Paxinos. Joining the late models on the racing card will be the 358 sprint cars, pro stocks, and roadrunners. Track gates will open at 5 p.m.
The late model feature will pay $2,500 to win and $200 to start. Time trials, heat races, and a B-main will be the qualifying format to set the starting grid for the A-main.
Mechanicsburg, PA April 23
Williams Grove Speedway Saturday Night Series returns to action this Saturday, April 27. The opening show on April 20 was a success featuring two close feature finishes. Rick Barr held off the determined challenges by Russ Mitten to win the Blazer's Body Shop Super Sportsman main. Wes Alleman used lapped traffic to win a close battle in the Newville Electrical Services 358 late Model main. Mike Buckley cruised to the victory in the Newville Construction Services Street Stock feature.

Australian youngster Daniel Pestka pocketed $6,000 for winning the Ross Wright 360ci Sprintcar Memorial.

Tim Shaffer helped Fremont Speedway open it's 62nd season of racing last Saturday by putting on a show in the CH Motorsports No. 83 Kistler powered J&J. Shaffer started third and quickly battled Craig Mintz for the lead. Shaffer would seize command and race away to victory in the 30-lap main event.

Inside Line Promotions - ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. (April 23, 2013) - While last weekend produced only one event for Brent Marks, it was a physical weekend.
After rain washed out Friday's race at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa., Marks battled a tricky setup in a nonstop feature on Saturday at Lincoln Speedway.
"Last Saturday's race was very physical for me," he said. "I was fighting the car the whole race. We tried a couple of different things on our car the past two weeks and it just hasn't panned out."

On Saturday night, April 27, the PA Sprint Series returns to the Big Track at the Susquehanna Speedway Park along with the Late Models, Street Stocks, Xtreme Stock Cars and Road Warriors/Mini Vans. It will also be the Auto racing Club of Hagerstown (A.R.C.H.) Night at the races as well.
Handicapping of feature lineups begins for the Late Models and Street Stocks based on feature finishes in the previous three races for that division. A blind draw will still set the lineups for the qualifying heat races for those divisions.
CAMARGO, Ill. ? You can't blame the drivers of the University of Northwestern Ohio All Star Circuit of Champions if they are a little more excited than usual to head back to Central Pennsylvania. It's no secret the UNOH All Star drivers have struggled against the tough competition of the drivers known as the "PA Posse." But last fall, current UNOH All Star point leader Dale Blaney gave the series competitors a shot in the arm when he scored a victory against the Posse at Port Royal Speedway.
